Yusuf KAÇAR graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with a high honor degree. He received his master’s degree from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law with a thesis on criminal law. He spent two semesters at Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University Hannover, Germany, to conduct his thesis work and to gain proficiency in the German language. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law.

Yusuf completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association and obtained his certificate. He provides legal consultancy to various esteemed clients of LegaLine and offers professional legal support in a wide range of areas including criminal law, criminal procedure law, and international criminal law.Moreover, Yusuf serves as a research assistant at Sakarya University Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law.

Yusuf is fluent in English and has a good command of Arabic and German.
